My doctor has told me that I should lift weights to maintain and improve my balance as I get older. I have taken him up on this advice, but unfortunately, since doing so, I have found that my wrists have been getting very sore. Do you know of a product that will help support my wrists when lifting heavy objects, such as standard gym weights?
