Is there a technology that helps with scheduling and reminders?

Question

I am a senior who lives alone with early- to-mid-stage dementia. I am still able to manage housekeeping, do grocery shopping, and handle my own personal care. However, I am having difficulty keeping track of my schedule and I seem to be forgetting to eat sometimes. Can you suggest a device that will help me to continue living independently by orienting me to my daily, weekly and monthly schedules and by giving me reminders?

Our answer

Staying oriented to time and daily tasks is an important part of living independently at home.
